Chef Byron impressed us with his great attitude, ambition, knowledge, and skills. We learned a lot about Cajun cooking and tricks for all cooking. Our food was the best we had on our trip. We really enjoyed the class!

My husband & I had so much fun with delicious authentic NOLA food. Only 4 of us & the small intimate group was exactly what the experience needed. Our chef was funny and gave us a list of recommendations for our stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
