    We enjoyed this tour....
    , Mar 2022
We enjoyed this tour. Donald is very knowledgeable of photography and NOLA history. It was informative to get a photographer’s perspective on shooting good photos of historic buildings and other sites, we typically take pictures of when traveling. This tour is tailored to the participants so make sure you ask questions to best benefit from the experience.
Capturing the life & atmosphere of a city
    , Jan 2022
As well as learning more of the history of New Orleans, we felt like we were walking through a bygone scene, embedded in the world of the past. Jeremy encouraged us to look up, look down, look into alleys, look for reflections and find a unique angle to capture unique images of the scenes that stand in front of every tourist.

Thank you for the fantastic review of The Savvy Native’s French Quarter PhotoWalks Tour and our guide Jeremy. New Orleans is truly a photographer’s paradise and we are very happy you got to capture it from that “unique angle.” Next time you’re in town consider joining us on our Cemetery PhotoWalks Tour.
Great photo tour of the French Quarter

The guide Donald was wonderful. I just bought my first DSLR and his instructions were very helpful and I got some great shots. His knowledge of New Orleans kept the tour interesting and engaging.
    In-depth Tour
    , Feb 2020
Donald was very knowledgeable in both photography and New Orleans history. We learned a lot and enjoyed the tour of the city at the same time. Interesting to see a different perspective and learn new ways of approaching photography.
