The departure information via the app was not the same as the information in the email. I booked this for my husband and son. I was not with them. I forwarded the departure information from the app not the email. Therefore they did not meet at the correct place and missed the tour. No one was there to help them.

The tour itself was very informative and I give our tour guide (I can't remember her name) kudos. I took the adults only tour so I didn't have to deal with tired kids. Unfortunately, I think the 5 adult highly intoxicated obnoxiously drunk men were worse than any tired kids would have ever been. I quite honestly don't know how the guide kept her cool but I applaud her for it. She gave lots of information & even told us the go to "voodoo" shop in New Orleans.

The detail was phenomenal with this lady. I am so sorry I can’t Remember her name I’m sorry to say But she was lovely Lady and had incredible stories to share. She is honest about what goes on in the area with legends and stories and she had so much knowledge. She answered every question so you can tell she has a great passion for what she does! Highly recommend!! We did the evening tour at 5pm. June 4th.

Don't do this! We showed up for a semi private tour. The description says up to 10 and we had 26. Our tour guide was scattered and could hardly complete a sentence. She told 4 stories and the group could not follow her. We stopped at a bar for over a third of the tour. I contacted the tour for a refund because it wasn't a small tour and no response. There were other tour groups going on around us and they were much more engaging and we regret going with this company. I would look at other options so you are no disappointed.
