On arrival, head inside via the Observatory Entrance at 20 West 34th Street, between 5th and 6th Avenues. The staff were friendly and helpful. They made the experience memorable. DO NOT book through Viator! They lead you to believe you are paying for access to the 102nd floor observation deck. When you sorry, that is not true. Empire staff say that is an ongoing problem with Viator. Take the tour, just book through another agency!
