This pass saves a little only if you do everything in it. You still have to book times so you may still have to wait. From my experience your just as well off booking each individual so you can reserve times at that point.

Viator team is not able to answer basic questions. When asked a basic question of GPS location of attractions no one knows. No one guides where to go and advise good parking spot. No guides. They hurt keep sending links to us to explore on our own and find

We used our tickets during our weeks stay in NYC. Couldn’t be easier to use. Just read this info carefully and you can’t go wrong. If you need to change a booking do so early as we did will no issues.

I had bought this pass begin of march to visit the Met. When I got there at the 25th my ticket wasn't valid. It seemed they stopped their cooperation with viator! To bad viator did not inform is as their customers.

City pass is great but the app should have a way to reserve your times for these attractions. All of them require it.

Tricky to navigate and use. Do not recommend
Julie_H
, Apr 2022
There is not enough information about using the New York City pass and reservations. We were only able to use 2 of the 5 attractions because of REQUIRED reservations. The 2 we used were only because they were understanding and said they have trouble with the City Pass. It was a waste of money, time and frustration. On a once in a lifetime trip, we missed out on the most important sites we wanted to see. Will not recommend or use Viator again.

Disappointing Experience
Deanna_J
, Mar 2022
It was really difficult to get into certain venues — even with the CityPass and advanced reservations. We, specifically, did not get into the American Museum of Natural arts because the line wrapped around the building in all directions, and they were not allowing us to have priority with our CityPass. Very disappointing!!!

City pass it’s a great option
Zumara_M
, Nov 2021
It would be great if they can add in the description what the city pass includes in each attraction. They give a general description about the attraction, but not everything it’s included in that pass. You have to make reservation on your own later, we could visit all of them since everything was very busy.

Had to wait in longer line even with a reservation and with people who didn't have reservations. But have enjoyed the 2 places we've been to so far and saving money
